Alon Efraim

Alon Efraim has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Alon worked as the Vice President of Projects, Product, and S&OP at Krausz by Mueller Water, a subsidiary of Mueller Water Products, starting in October 2020. Prior to that, from September 2018 to October 2020, they served as the Deputy General Manager and Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Fluence Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for the operation of a global company and managed various engineering departments. From July 2014 to September 2018, Alon was the Vice President of Operations, Engineering, Product, and Project Management at Fluence Corporation, where they held the position of COO. Before joining Fluence Corporation, they were a Project Manager at the same company from December 2011 to June 2014. Additionally, Alon Efraim was a Product Manager at BPT Ltd, a startup company, from October 2010 to October 2011, where they led the company's entrance into the mining industry and managed R&D projects. Earlier in their career, they worked at Bateman Advanced Technologies Ltd. (now Tenova) as a Senior Process Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager from June 2001 to October 2010. In this role, they led global projects focused on solvent extraction and phosphate, and they had responsibilities in R&D, engineering, installation, startups, commissioning, and technical consulting. Alon Efraim has also published several papers and presented at international exhibitions.

Alon Efraim holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they earned from 1999 to 2003. Alon later pursued an Executive MBA in English from the University of Haifa, completing it from 2007 to 2008.
