Jennifer Rodaway

Jennifer Rodaway has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jennifer started their career as a Bar and Catering Assistant at Best Western Chilworth Manor in 2003 and worked there until 2010. In 2007, they also worked as an Estate Agent/Secretary at Countrywide Estate Agents for two years.

In 2010, Jennifer joined Theclub@Chilworth-Manor as a Leisure and Spa Receptionist, where they were responsible for gym memberships, class bookings, and spa bookings.

In 2011, Jennifer joined i2O as a Management Accountant. Jennifer was also appointed as a PA to the CEO and CTO. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included booking company travel, managing diaries, organizing internal and external meetings, and handling accounts and manufacturing input. Jennifer worked at i2O until 2018.

In 2012, Jennifer took on the role of Financial Controller at SWAN - The Smart Water Networks Forum, where they were responsible for financial management.

Jennifer's most recent position is Head of Finance at Mueller Water Products, where they have been working since 2018.

Jennifer Rodaway completed their education in a BA (Honours) degree in Business Management from the University of Winchester from 2007 to 2010. Jennifer then pursued further education in accounting and finance from CIMA, where they obtained a Fully Qualified Management Accountant degree from 2012 to 2014, along with an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting in 2013. Jennifer also completed a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting from 2012 to 2013.
