Max Sobhani

Max Sobhani has a diverse work experience in the field of hardware engineering. Max started their career as an Electronics Hardware Designer at Sazgar Rayaneh in 2003. Max then worked at McMaster University as a Research Assistant and Teacher Assistant from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, Max joined Arshon Technology Inc. as a Senior Hardware Engineer, where they supervised design and documentation, worked with customers, and gained expertise in various technologies and interfaces. In 2017, they joined Spin Master as a Senior Hardware Engineer and later moved to Mueller Water Products, where they held roles such as Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and currently Director of Technology Engineering. At Mueller Water Products, Max demonstrated technical leadership in product redesign, resolving GPS issues, and developing new products with external resources. Max also served as the Scrum Master, facilitating planning activities and demos for the team. Max's work experience highlights their skills in design, documentation, customer engagement, and technical leadership.

Max Sobhani obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shiraz University in 2005. Max then pursued a Master of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Max has earned various certifications, including a Professional Engineer certification from Professional Engineers Ontario in 2013, and several online certifications in leadership, project management, and business fundamentals from platforms like LinkedIn and Udemy.
