Nikiah Grangent

Nikiah Grangent has extensive work experience in various HRIS and HR-related roles. Nikiah currently serves as the Lead Senior HRIS Analyst at Mueller Water Products. Prior to this, they worked at Global Payments Inc. as a Senior HRIS Analyst, where they were responsible for system design, maintenance, and enhancements. Nikiah also supported system upgrades and collaborated with functional and technical staff. Before that, Nikiah worked at Centene Corporation as a Sr. HRIS Data Management Specialist, where they addressed HRIS issues and supported system maintenance. Nikiah also played a key role in creating supervisory organizations for the organization. In the past, they held roles at Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority as an HR Analyst and a Recruiting Coordinator, as well as at Cardinal Health as a Customer Service Specialist, where they managed customer accounts, improved customer satisfaction, and implemented process improvements.

Nikiah Grangent earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University between 1995-2000. Nikiah later pursued their MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2001-2003.
