Stephen C. Van Arsdell

Stephen C. Van Arsdell has been a director since July 2019. Mr. Van Arsdell is a former senior partner of Deloitte LLP, where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2010-2012 and as Deputy Chief Executive Officer from 2009-2010. He also served as a member of Deloitte’s board of directors from 2003-2009, during which time he held the position of Vice-Chairman. Mr. Van Arsdell has served as a member of the board of directors of First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. since 2017 and has been a member of the audit committee of Brown Brothers Harriman since 2015. Mr. Van Arsdell earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting as a James Scholar and a Masters of Accounting Science degree from the University of Illinois. He is a certified public accountant.
