Tom Burke

Tom Burke has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tom began their career in 2004 as a Maintenance & Facilities Manager at AAM. Tom then worked at Colfor Manufacturing, Inc. as a Plant Manager for their Minerva Operations. In 2010, they joined American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. as a Senior Manager- Energy and Power, where they achieved significant energy savings across all sites. Tom later joined Accuride Corporation, where they held multiple positions including Vice President of Facilities, Maintenance and Environmental, Vice President of Operations at Brillion Iron Works, and Vice President of Manufacturing Project & Planning. Tom then joined Global Foundries as a Senior Manager/Deputy Director of Electrical Systems, responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems. In their most recent role, Tom worked at Mueller Water Products as a Senior Director of Operations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, implementing lean strategies, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Tom Burke received their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1991. Tom then went on to earn a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 1999 to 2001.
