Mary Elizabeth Hoerle

Beth Hoerle has more than 30 years of experience as a human resources leader. As Chief Human Resources Officer for MUFG Americas, she is responsible for HR strategy and operations in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Ms. Hoerle oversees the HR Centers of Excellence, including Diversity, Culture and Philanthropy; Performance and Rewards; Talent Acquisition; Talent Development & Learning; Employee Relations; HR Shared Services; HR Business Management; and Corporate Communications.

Since joining MUFG in 2006, Ms. Hoerle has led and supported many of the company’s HR programs and initiatives. She has also supported the business through expansion and transformation. Previously, she served as Managing Director, HR for the Americas, and also held leadership positions at J.P. Morgan Chase. Ms. Hoerle holds an MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University.
