Alan Lei

Alan Lei has extensive experience in information security, currently serving as Vice President and Information Security Officer at MUFG since August 2018. In this role, Alan reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and manages the information security function to mitigate IT risks through governance and oversight processes. Prior experience includes positions as Sr. Security Architect at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Information Technology Security Risk & Compliance/Sr. Security Architect at AIG, and various roles at Citi, culminating in leadership in Global Network Security Engineering. Alan's technical proficiency is underpinned by a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and dual Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
