Hideyuki Sato

Hideyuki Sato is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, tax compliance, and legal counsel roles at MUFG. Currently serving as the Senior Legal Counsel and Team Lead for Retail Banking & Digital Transformation, Legal, Hideyuki has also held various Vice President positions within the company. Prior to joining MUFG, Hideyuki gained valuable experience as a Legal Trainee at The Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan. Hideyuki holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Juris Doctor from Chuo University, and a Bachelor of Economics from Waseda University.
