Kaela Sokota

Kaela Sokota serves as the APAC Head of Energy and Resources Sector Coverage at MUFG. Previously, Kaela held the position of Executive Director for Energy & Natural Resources in the Asia Pacific and MENA regions at Standard Chartered Bank. Additionally, Kaela has experience as the Oil & Gas Origination Director at Standard Chartered Bank Singapore and as a Sub-Saharan Africa & Natural Resources M&A Associate at Standard Bank Group. Kaela began a career in finance as an ACA Chartered Accountant at KPMG. Kaela Sokota earned an LLB in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
