Ryoji Yamasaki

Ryoji Yamasaki currently serves as Vice President in the Japanese Corporate Banking Division for the Americas at MUFG, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Ryoji completed a Master of Business Administration at London Business School from August 2023 to July 2025. Ryoji has extensive experience at MUFG, where between April 2014 and August 2023, roles included Vice President in the Corporate Planning Division, contributing as a core member of both the Crisis Management Headquarters during the Russia/Ukraine conflict and the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the Europe Strategy Task Force. Earlier experience includes working as an Analyst in the same division and as a Relationship Manager at the Omori Branch in Tokyo, where Ryoji managed accounts for over 50 small Japanese companies. Ryoji Yamasaki holds a degree in Sociology from The University of Tokyo, completed in March 2014.
