Sharonda Jordan

Sharonda "Free" Jordan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Service Desk Manager at MUFG since August 2021. Previously, Sharonda held roles such as Desktop Support Lead at Genpact and Patch Management/Vulnerability Management Analyst at The Intersect Group. With a diverse background spanning over a decade, Sharonda has managed IT support teams, executed device management and inventory control, and provided solutions to complex IT challenges. Additionally, Sharonda's experience includes roles in network administration, security systems administration, and technical support across various organizations, including the United States Air Force. Sharonda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Life University and a certification in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
