Dave Ting has been with Mugar Enterprises, Inc. since its inception. He served as President from December 2000. In January 2021, he became the Vice Chairman at Mugar Enterprises. His new responsibilities will include strategic planning and development for the company.
Dave is a Trustee Emeritus at the WGBH Education Foundation and former Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is a Trustee Emeritus at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and served as the Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is a Governing Trustee at Dana Faber Cancer Institute. He is a Trustee of South Cove Nursing Facilities Foundation. Additionally, Dave is also actively involved in a number of private companies including Woodside Capital Partners, Boston Opera House, Boston House of Blues, Rhode Island Waterfront Enterprises and St. Croix Renaissance Group.
Dave began his career at Arthur Young in New York City. He also held positions with Ford Motor Company, Washington Post Company and New England Television Corporation.
Dave holds an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He and his wife Alice live in Boston.
