Saqib Javed

Saqib Javed's work experience includes serving as a Treasury Manager at Mughal Steel starting in 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Qatar Steel Company as the Head of Treasury and Insurance from 2010 to 2018. In this role, their responsibilities included overseeing the Treasury Section, funds management, international and local fund transfers, cash flow reports, financial analysis, trade finance, and foreign currency management. Saqib also achieved successful automation of cash management in Oracle.

Before their time at Qatar Steel Company, Saqib Javed held the position of Assistant Manager Treasury at Al Tuwairqi Group from 2007 to 2010. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as an Assistant Manager Finance at Nishat Chunian Limited. Saqib began their career as a Credit and Marketing Officer at Askari Leasing in 2001.

Saqib Javed obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Forman Christian College in Lahore between 1995 and 1997. Saqib then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Finance from B. Z. University in Multan, completing their studies from 1997 to 1999.
