With experience ranging from lead instructor to regional director, Eoin has had roles in various organizations such as Dara Community Living and Saint John of God Carmona Services. Eoin's focus has been on developing person-centered cultures and delivering innovative management supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Muiríosa Foundation

Muíriosa Foundation supports individuals (and their families) with an intellectual disability and/or autism to live self-directed, connected and fulfilling lives. Currently we employ over 1,100 staff and operate across nine counties – Laois, Offaly, Westmeath, Meath, Longford, Kildare, Tipperary, Kilkenny and Wicklow. Our headquarters are at Moore Abbey, Monasterevin, Co. Kildare. Currently our services are divided into five regions, each led by a Regional Director. The regions exercise a high level of devolved autonomy across all major operational functions. Muiríosa Foundation provide services on behalf of the Health Service Executive (HSE). HSE are our principal funders. The services linked to HSE funding are set out in an annual service-level agreement.
