Kutadgu Parıltı has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Starting in 2023, they worked as a Global Inside Sales Specialist at Workhy, where they conducted market and client research, created presentations for client meetings, and analyzed data to improve customer and supplier experience. They also collaborated with the marketing and product management teams. In the same year, they also held the same role at Mükellef.

In 2022, Kutadgu Parıltı was a Co-Founder and Climate Tech Orchestrator at Climate Tech Community, focusing on climate technology initiatives.

In 2021, they worked at BAU Hub as an EDU Lab Program Manager and an Incubation Center Junior Expert. They also served as a Junior Expert at Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi's Application and Research Center for Incubation and Entrepreneurship.

Kutadgu Parıltı completed their Master's degree in Global Politics and International Relations at Bahcesehir University starting from 2022. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from TED University, where they studied from 2013 to 2021. During their time at TED University, they also pursued a Minor's Degree in Global Citizenship from 2020 to 2021. Prior to their university education, Kutadgu Parıltı graduated from Kılıçarslan Lisesi in 2013 with a Turkish - Mathematics diploma.

Additionally, Kutadgu Parıltı has obtained several certifications. In the same year, they received certifications in Corporate Communication and Persuasion Art from Anka Kocluk and Radio Programming diction and speech Aesthetic Education Certificate of Attendance from Black Model Academy.
