Gladys Dsouza

Gladys Dsouza is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration, education, and guidance counseling. Currently serving as the Alumni Department Leader at Muktangan since February 2023, Gladys previously held the position of Senior Manager Administration at Helen O'Grady and worked as an Administrator at Shishuvan School from November 2019 to May 2021. Gladys also has a strong educational background, having served as a Lecturer and Head of the Department of Business Communication at St. John College of Engineering and Management from June 2017 to November 2019, and as a Parent Relationship Manager and Guidance Counselor at Podar International School, Mumbai, from April 2007 to May 2017. Gladys holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Mumbai, along with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounts and Economics from Mumbai University.
