William D. has extensive work experience in the insurance and risk management industry. William is currently serving as the VP Head of Assurance at Mulberry Technology since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of President at Circlever® - Powered by Fulcrum Risk Management / Fulcrum Insurance, where they provided professional and strategic services to various corporations from 2008 to 2016. William also worked at The Warranty Group, Aon Warranty Group - Innovative Solutions, VAC Service Corp, Metris Companies (now HSBC), AIG - AIGWS - Natl Union Ins, New Hampshire Ins Co & Illinois Natl Ins, ISI-NWC-WAC-International Administration Corporation, and Johnson & Higgins in various executive and senior leadership roles.

William D. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, English, and Finance from Drake University. William also holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from the American Institute of Property & Liability Underwriters.
