Charles Melman

Charles 'Chuck' Melman is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in financial turnaround, conservation, and academia. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Mule Deer Foundation and Group6 Holdings, Chuck is a founding partner of Abacus Advisors, LLC, a boutique financial and operational restructuring firm. Previously, Chuck held the role of President and CEO of The New London Arms Company and served as a Senior Adviser to the President at the Mule Deer Foundation. Additionally, Chuck contributed to higher education as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Wake Forest University. With a notable career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chuck advanced from staff to Partner over a decade, having started at Coopers & Lybrand. Chuck holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
