Douglas Larch

Douglas Larch is an accomplished Corporate HSE Director at Mulholland Energy Services since May 2022 and the Owner of Synergy Safety Group since January 2010, providing nationwide safety consultation, auditing, and MSHA training. Previously, Douglas served as Corporate EHS Manager at Permian Basin Materials and as Safety Manager at Luminant, overseeing safety programs for the Three Oaks Mine. Other notable roles include Safety Compliance and Regulatory Supervisor and Coal Mine Safety and Health Inspector, along with experience as an Associate Safety Engineer at Cal OSHA. Douglas holds educational credentials from UT Arlington, MSHA National Mine Academy, and Cerro Coso Community College, and began a career in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Gunnersmate.
