Roberto Maldacea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovative mobility solutions and sustainability. Currently serving as COO and Senior Partner at Tender since June 2025, Roberto focuses on transforming last-mile delivery services for prestigious fashion and luxury brands. In addition, Roberto holds roles as Senior Partner in Innovation at Tuscany Freight Village and Partner at the Bruno Kessler Foundation's AUTONOM LAB. As Executive Director of NEV Mobility Europe, Roberto champions electric vehicle initiatives and smart city development. Previous positions include Senior Partner at Lowe and Partners Worldwide, President of Euromobility, Director of the Scientific Committee at Unione Radiotaxi d'Italia, and Director of the Master in Eco-mobility Management at LUISS. Roberto's academic background includes degrees in economics and marketing from Università Luiss Guido Carli and LUMSA.
