Kamlesh Katkar

Kamlesh Katkar is an experienced automotive engineering professional specializing in NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) and durability. Currently serving as the NVH Durability Manager at Mullen Automotive since October 2022, Kamlesh defines and manages vehicle-level attributes while providing design recommendations through virtual simulations. Previous roles include Lead NVH Engineer at Fisker, Division Manager for NVH, Durability Testing, Simulation & Validation at Force Motors Ltd, and Senior NVH Engineer at Honda R&D Americas, LLC, contributing to cross-functional teams and managing vehicle testing and validation. Kamlesh has also held positions at Faraday Future, FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, ISUZU MOTORS ASIA LIMITED, and Kinetic Engg Limited, accumulating expertise in vehicle benchmarking, acoustic simulation, and performance improvement. Kamlesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Master's degree from COEP Technological University.
