Garima Pant (She/Her)

Garima Pant has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Garima is currently working as the Group Human Resources Director at MullenLowe Lintas Group since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Sony Pictures Networks India from 2014 to 2021, where they held roles in Rewards, Benefits, Digitization, HRBP, and later as the Head of HR in various domains. Before that, they worked at Star India Pvt Ltd from 2012 to 2014 as a Human Resources Partner. Garima also gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Sr. Manager in Human Resources at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals from 2011 to 2012. In addition, they worked at Genpact from 2006 to 2011 as a Manager in Human Resources and at MphasiS as a Management Trainee in Human Resources from 2005 to 2006.

Garima Pant attended St. Anthony's Senior Secondary School from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Mathematics and Physics. Following this, they enrolled at the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development from 2003 to 2005, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Human Resources.
