Prior positions include Technical Manager at Bibby Distribution, Food Law Advisor at Exova SL Pharma, and several roles at Wing Yip, Greggs, Cadbury Trebor Bassett, and Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals, culminating in a solid foundation in food safety, quality improvement, and technical expertise.
