Health Brands Segment Lead at Müller UK & Ireland

Victoria Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Victoria began their career as a Marketing Executive at Kimberly-Clark in 1999. Victoria then worked as an Assistant Brand Manager at Premier Foods from 2003 to 2005, where they managed a portfolio of brands. Victoria joined Nestlé in 2005 and held roles as Brand Manager for Munch Bunch and Senior Brand Manager for Munch Bunch/Nesquik. At Nestlé, they led the development and implementation of brand strategies and managed ATL/BTL communications. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Kimberly-Clark as a Senior Brand Manager for Kleenex and a Customer Business Manager for New Business. Victoria played a key role in launching Kleenex into the health and beauty sector. Victoria then joined Wrigley as a Marketing Manager for Wrigley's Gum in the UK for a brief period in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Lucozade Sport Marketing Manager at Lucozade Ribena Suntory, where they managed a team of six and oversaw a multimillion-pound brand. Victoria subsequently held various roles at Lucozade Ribena Suntory, including Commercial Business Development Controller M&A and General Manager of True Nopal. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Head of Marketing - New Brand Innovation, leading a start-up inspired business unit to launch new wellness brands. Most recently, they have been the Head of Insights at Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I, where they have been responsible for influencing and accelerating growth by future-proofing iconic brands. Starting in 2023, they will be joining Müller UK & Ireland as the Health and Wellness Segment Lead, overseeing the wellness branded portfolio.

Victoria Morgan studied at the London Business School in 2016, where they obtained a degree in Mergers & Acquisitions. Earlier, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Plymouth from 1999 to 2003 with a second class, upper division (2:1) classification. In their earlier education, Victoria attended St. Josephs Reading from 1995 to 1997 and completed A levels, achieving two A's and one D.
