Steven Schneider

Steven Schneider has extensive work experience in various industries, including real estate, hospitality, and retail. Steven is currently serving as the Investment Director Queensland at Mulpha International, where they oversee the management and strategy of retail and commercial assets in Queensland. Steven also plays a role in sourcing new acquisitions in different sectors. Prior to this, Steven founded and directed CEPA Group. Steven took a career break before that and worked as a Director of a well-deserved break. Steven has also held multiple roles at Colliers International Australia, where they were responsible for national retail management and overseeing the performance of retail portfolios. Steven has also worked at Metcash as a Business Development Manager, AMP Capital as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Centre Manager, Broadwater Hotels & Resorts as a General Manager, Voyages Hotels and Resorts as an Assistant General Manager, and Marriott International as a Restaurant Manager. Overall, Steven Schneider has built a successful career with expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership.

Steven Schneider attended Griffith University from 1990 to 1992, but no degree or field of study was provided. In 2021, they obtained Real Estate Licenses from the Queensland Government.
