Muhammad Kabir Khan

Muhammad Kabir Khan is currently the Company Secretary at Multan Waste Management Company. Prior to this, they were with Gujranwala Waste Management Company from October 2019 to March 2021, where they served as the Company Secretary. In this role, they were responsible for delivering sterling support to Board of Directors on Legal Issues, monitoring Changes in relevant Legislation and the regulatory environment and taking action, entrusted with overall responsibility for handling overall litigation of the company.

Khan has also enhanced operational efficiency through dissemination of decisions/instructions of BOD to all the concerned, performed all other duty assigned by the Board of Directors/Chairman as per the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 Amended in 2017. Muhammad has ensured compliance with governing documents, provisions of Companies Ordinance, 1984 and also all other laws of Pakistan. Muhammad has communicated issues of the Company and solved in accordance with the business objectives contained in Article/Memorandum of Association and the provision of the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 Amended in 2017.

Some of Khan's key accomplishments include organizing meetings of Board of Directors and Board Committees, communicated meeting notices, prepared agenda, minutes of the meetings and ensured that proceedings of all meetings are properly communicated and recorded.

Muhammad Kabir Khan has a diverse educational background in finance and accounting. Muhammad is ACCA-part qualified and has experience in auditing with the Certified Forensic & Audit Analyst (C.F.r.A) certification from the Certified Forensic Practitioners Institute in the USA. Muhammad is also a Certified Internal Control Auditor (C.I.C.A) from the Institute for Internal Controls in the USA. Furthermore, they are an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Pakistan. Lastly, they have an MBA in Human Resources Management from Allama Iqbal Open University and a M.COM in Finance from Bahauddin Zakariya University.
