Neysa Siagian

Neysa Siagian is an experienced professional in route to market strategies and customer marketing, currently serving as the Route to Consumer Manager at Multi Bintang Indonesia since July 2023. Previously, Neysa held various key positions at Diageo from February 2019 to July 2023, including Head of Customer Marketing, where strategy development and implementation in the market were led. As Head of Route to Consumer, Neysa focused on developing market strategies in Indonesia and optimizing performance through expert recommendations. Prior experience includes roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, where Neysa managed national route to market strategies, and Oberthur Technologies, and Johnson & Johnson in human resources. Neysa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
