Jim Defife

Jim Defife has over 35 years of experience in various leadership roles. Jim began their career at Avery Dennison as the Business and Technical Director, where they worked from 1981 to 2002. Jim then joined Spear Group Holdings as the Head of Global Technical Operations for Constantia Flexibles, a position they held for 14 years from 2003 to 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Materials Technology at Multi-Color Corporation, starting in October 2017.

Jim Defife obtained their Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1977.
