Mike Gaynor

Mike Gaynor is an experienced professional in operational excellence and performance improvement, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence for Wine at MCC Label since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Performance Improvement Consultant at Kaiser Permanente from September 2019 to February 2024, where support was provided to senior leaders in implementing a Lean Management System. With a solid background at E. & J. Gallo Winery from 2007 to 2019, Mike advanced through various roles including Manager of Operations Training and Education, Lean Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Team Leader. Additionally, Mike's earlier experience includes serving as Department Manager at Consolidated Container Company from 2003 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Math from California State University, Stanislaus, and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
