Roberto Marzilli

Roberto Marzilli has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roberto began their career in 2002 at Iper, La grande i, where they worked as an Accountant and later advanced to the role of Site Controller. In 2006, they joined Baker Hughes as an Accountant and eventually progressed to become the Finance Area Manager for the Mediterranean & North Africa region. During their time at Baker Hughes, they also served as the FP&A Manager for the Continental Europe region, overseeing various business units.

In 2020, Marzilli joined VSG, a Dover Company, as the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for the EMEA region. In this role, they led the management financials for four Italian legal entities and their branches in the UK, Spain, and France. Roberto was responsible for monthly closing processes, forecasting, budgeting, and providing financial analysis and recommendations to improve margins.

In 2023, Marzilli joined MCC Label as the CFO Finance Director for Italy & Spain. Leading a team of nine, they manage the financials for these countries and is accountable for a turnover of €70m.

Additionally, Marzilli had a brief stint at Sulzer in 2023, where they served as the Head of Finance for Sulzer Pumps Italy, overseeing financial management for the Italian legal entity and leading a team of five.

Throughout their career, Marzilli has demonstrated strong financial acumen, managerial skills, and a strategic approach to financial planning and analysis.

Roberto Marzilli holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Economics from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, which they obtained in 2001. Prior to that, they participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program in Brussels at Université libre de Bruxelles, focusing on Economy, completing it in 1999. Additionally, they obtained the Albo unico dei Consulenti Finanziari (ACF) certification from Organismo di Vigilanza e tenuta dell'albo unico dei Consulenti Finanziari in 1999.
