Shawnee Airgood

Shawnee Airgood has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Shawnee currently serves as the Director Talent, Learning & Organization Development at MCC Label since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director, Corporate Human Resources at the same company from November 2021 to April 2023. Before joining MCC Label, Shawnee worked at Givaudan starting in 2012. At Givaudan, they held the role of Talent Analytics & Business Process Manager, where they coached and mentored a HR team and spearheaded the revamping of the company's performance and talent management model in the North American region. Shawnee also served as a Human Resource Manager, where they transformed HR processes and culture at a challenging production site and led a successful pro-employer campaign to prevent unionization. Shawnee's earlier experience includes roles at MCC Label as a Regional HR Manager, where they unified the HR strategy and functions for two sites and increased the employee population, and as a Learning and Development Manager, where they implemented and managed the organization's learning and development strategy. Shawnee also has experience as a Training Manager at Cornerstone Brands, where they directed and deployed training and development practices for two Catalog Fulfillment Distribution Centers.

Shawnee Airgood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Human Resource Management from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business. Shawnee also obtained a Master of Education degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. Shawnee has additional certifications including Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation and Employee Development Accreditation from Harrison Assessments International. Shawnee is also a 360 Coach from Korn Ferry Advance and has certifications in 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team Facilitation from FranklinCovey and DDI Certified Instructor from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Shawnee is also a certified DiSC facilitator through DISC Partners: Everything DiSC Authorized Partner and a facilitator for Unconscious Bias through FranklinCovey.
