Terri O'Dell

Terri O'Dell is the Chief People Officer at Multicap. Prior to this, they were the National HR Operations Manager at Ausco Modular - a Modulaire Group company. Terri has over 13 years of experience in human resources and has a proven track record in leading and managing people and capability initiatives and strategy. Terri is an expert in employee relations/industrial relations and has extensive experience in change management initiatives. Terri is passionate about diversity and inclusion and was the recipient of the QLD Premiers Reconciliation Award (2018).

Terri O'Dell has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland. Terri also has a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University. In addition, they are a certified life coach from the National Coaching Institute. Terri also has a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from CQUniversity and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from CQUniversity. Terri is also certified by Prosci in Change Management and by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) in Australian Psychological Society. Finally, they are certified by the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) in CAHRI and by Herrmann in HBDI Whole Brain Thinking.

Terri O'Dell reports to Joanne Jessop, CEO. They are on a team with Wendy Flavien - Chief Integration Officer, Simon Wardale - Chief Clinical Practice Officer, and Scott Denner - Chief Operations Officer.
