Kathryn Kaplan

Kathryn Kaplan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kathryn is currently the Director of Operations at Multicoin Capital, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, from April 2021 to November 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Compass.

Before their time at Compass, Kathryn had a long tenure at Bridgewater Associates, starting in November 2010. Kathryn held multiple positions at Bridgewater, including Chief of Staff from November 2015 to April 2021. In this role, they were selected by the Co-CEO to support the Head of HR and successfully rebuilt an operations-focused department into a strategic partner. Kathryn also served as a Management Support Associate from December 2012 to November 2015, where they worked closely with senior executives and CEOs on talent assessment, cross-departmental issues, and compensation changes. Prior to that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist at Bridgewater Associates.

Kathryn Kaplan's earlier work experience includes a role as an Assistant Manager at Coach from July 2009 to 2010, a Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance from February 2008 to January 2009, and a Sales Associate at Coach from September 2005 to January 2008.

Kathryn Kaplan attended Quinnipiac University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the School of Business.
