Martin Halvorsen

Martin Halvorsen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Martin began their career as a Project Associate at Karrieresenteret i Bergen in 2008, where they were responsible for various tasks such as HR work, media contact, and program development. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Communications and Competence Advisor at Bergen Næringsråd, focusing on projects related to recruitment, workforce, education, and diversity. Martin then joined Visindi AS, a leading player in leadership and board selection, where they held roles such as Research Team Leader and Advisor, responsible for research management, analysis, and consulting in leadership and board selection. Currently, they are working at Multiconsult as Head of Talent Management, overseeing the group's people policy, succession planning, and performance management.
