Ellen Kay

Ellen Kay is an experienced project coordinator and leader with a diverse background in project management, client relations, and instructional design. Most recently, Ellen served as a Project Coordinator at Multifamily Utility Company, ensuring project efficiency and budget adherence. In the role of Chief Customer Officer at Course Approval, Ellen developed client communication strategies and supported marketing initiatives. Previous roles at SafetySkills involved managing over 100 client projects while generating budgets and analyzing data, alongside contributions to training material design in environmental health and safety. Ellen holds a Master’s Degree in International Higher Education and Intercultural Relations from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Classics from the University of New Hampshire. Additionally, Ellen obtained a Project Management Certificate (CAPM) from Syracuse University.
