Jeroen van Hout

Jeroen van Hout is an experienced production manager with a robust background in overseeing manufacturing operations, particularly in the healthcare and consumer products sectors. Currently serving as the production manager for assembly at MULTIFIX Group since September 2020, Jeroen's previous roles include manager of production at Agio Cigars, where responsibilities encompassed output, quality, and production costs management with direct oversight of multiple team leaders and indirect reports. Prior to that, Jeroen spent over two decades at Philips Healthcare, taking on various managerial positions, including unit manager for mechanical parts and production manager for building blocks of X-ray systems, where Jeroen focused on quality control and the implementation of lean management practices. Jeroen holds a degree in Practical Business Administration from ISBW Opleiding & Training, further enhancing managerial expertise.
