Yuliya W. is a seasoned language educator with extensive experience in teaching Russian language and culture across various levels. Currently serving as a Russian Language Instructor CATIII at MultiLingual Solutions, Inc. since April 2023, Yuliya specializes in preparing adult learners for OPI and DLPT examinations and develops language courses aligned with the ILR scale. Prior roles include Assistant Professor at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, where responsibilities included team leadership for an intensive language course, curriculum collaboration, and student evaluations. Yuliya has also lectured at the University of Virginia, instructed at Wright State University, consulted for the Dayton Philharmonic Choir, and coordinated a Russian Individualized Instruction Program at The Ohio State University. Yuliya holds a Ph.D. in Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures and an MA in Slavic Languages and Cultures from The Ohio State University.
