Lavanya Udugala currently serves as IT Purchasing Support at Multimedia Technology, a position held since August 2022, where responsibilities include developing vendor relationships and maintaining strong connections with a defined customer portfolio to understand their business needs. Previously, Lavanya interned in Human Resources at Brandix from December 2017 to April 2018, focusing on the Management Trainee Program and assisting the Head of Group Talent Manager with employer branding activities. Lavanya holds a Master of Information Systems from Deakin University, obtained between 2020 and 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Industrial Management from NSBM Green University, completed in November 2019.
