Montse Zapata

Montse Zapata has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they interned at UNAM/CEM South Africa. In 2020, they worked at Epicentro agency as a Community Manager and later as a Copywriter. In 2022, they joined La Haus as a Social Relationship Builder, and in 2023, they started working at MultiMoney as the Social Media & Content Responsible.

In 2019, Montse participated in an exchange program at the University of Johannesburg, focusing on Humanities/Humanistic Studies.

From 2015 to 2020, Montse attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they pursued a degree in Communication Sciences with a specialization in Advertising & Marketing.

In 2021, Montse completed a diploma in Creative Strategies for Design and Brand Positioning at the Facultad de Artes y Diseño of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

Additionally, Montse obtained various certifications in related fields. In January 2023, they completed the "Curso de Introducción a UX Writing" from Platzi. In March 2023, they obtained certifications in "Curso Avanzado de UX Writing" from Platzi and "UX Foundations: Content Strategy" and "UX Foundations: Usability Testing" from LinkedIn. Montse also holds an IELTS certification from IELTS Official, which they obtained in July 2018. Finally, in June 2023, they completed several certifications from HubSpot Academy, including "Marketing de contenidos" and "Software de marketing de HubSpot".
