Rishikant Shastri

Rishikant Shastri has over 6 years of work experience. Rishikant began their career in 2015 as a Business Development Executive and Assistant Sales Manager at Little Internet Private Limited. In 2018, they joined Paytm as a Junior Sales Manager and Paramarsh- The Strategy and Consulting Consortium as the Head of Sponsorship. Rishikant also held the position of Treasurer at RANG: Management and Cultural Committee of NMIMS. In 2019, they interned at Royal Brothers and in 2020, they joined Ninjacart as an Area Business Manager and Area Sales Manager. In 2021, they were appointed as the Business Development Manager at Multipl. During their time at Ninjacart, they were responsible for business growth and operational excellence for Pune, Kolhapur, Nasik, Satara, and Solhapur, and achieved growth of 60% over 9 months.

Rishikant Shastri obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in Bangalore between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 2011 and 2015. Rishikant also completed their undergraduate studies in Science from Ramjas school in R.K. Puram, New Delhi between 1997 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Excel for Sales Professionals from LinkedIn in April 2020.
