Shweta Laddha

Shweta Laddha serves as the Head of Compliance and Secretarial at Multiples Alternate Asset Management since December 2021. Prior to this role, Shweta held the position of Vice President - Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited from May 2021 to November 2021 and worked as Deputy Chief Manager - Secretarial and Compliance at Aditya Birla Capital from October 2019 to April 2021. Shweta has extensive experience in managing listed company compliances, RBI regulations, and policy formation. Shweta's career also includes significant roles at Aditya Birla Money MyUniverse, BOB Capital Markets Ltd, and Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Ltd, focusing on legal, compliance, and investment banking functions. Shweta received a Bachelor of Laws from Siddharth College of Law and is a qualified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, along with an MBA in Finance and Marketing from ITM Group of Institutions.
