Lidia Ribarovska

Lidia Ribarovska has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Lidia began their career at Alleasing Pty Ltd as a NZ Operations Accountant. Lidia then moved on to Maia Financial, where they held various positions such as Senior Group Accountant, Systems Accountant, Finance Operations Manager, Senior Information Technology Project Manager, Business Intelligence Strategist/Architect, Data Scientist, and Management Information Systems Manager. Following this, Ribarovska joined Probuild Constructions (Aust) Pty Ltd as an ERP System Implementation Manager and later became the CIO. Lidia was responsible for the delivery of network infrastructure, application management, and team management, resulting in cost savings and improved user satisfaction. Ribarovska then joined ACS - The Professional Association for Australia's ICT sector as part of the Victorian Branch Executive Committee. Currently, they are working at Multiplex as the Head of Technology - Engagement, overseeing global business systems management. Lidia'sexperience showcases a strong background in technology leadership and strategic planning.

Lidia Ribarovska obtained their Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Accounting and IT from RMIT University, completing their studies between 1992 and 1995.
