Barbora Huraiová

Barbora Huraiová has a diverse work experience in the field of biology. Barbora is currently working at MultiplexDX International, where they hold the position of Team Leader - Spatial Biology since September 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Scientist at the same company from October 2021 to September 2022. Before joining MultiplexDX International, Barbora served as an Associate Researcher at Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from September 2020 to September 2021. Barbora'searliest work experience was as a Research Intern at Max Perutz Labs Vienna from February 2017 to May 2017.

Barbora Huraiová has a strong educational background in the field of Genetics. Barbora obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Genetics from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to their PhD, they completed a Master of Science - MS degree in Genetics at the same institution from 2014 to 2016.

In 2013, Barbora Huraiová pursued studies in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at the University of Gothenburg for one year. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, studying from 2011 to 2014.

Barbora Huraiová has also obtained several certifications to complement their academic qualifications. In 2022, they acquired the Basics of Bioinformatics certification from AjTyvIT. In 2019, they completed the EMBL Course: Advanced Fluorescence Imaging Techniques offered by EMBL. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained the Fluorescence Microscopy Fluo-Micro@ICGEB certification from ICGEB. In 2011, they received the Zertifikat Deutsch B1 from Goethe-Institut e.V.
