Zuzana Krchňáková

Zuzana Krchňáková has a diverse background in molecular biology research. Zuzana recently worked as a Molecular Biology Scientist at MultiplexDX International from November 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they gained experience at the Institute of Molecular Genetics, where they served as a Postdoctoral Researcher from March 2019 to April 2019 and as a PhD Student from September 2014 to March 2019.

Zuzana Krchňáková has a strong education background in the field of biology, genetics, and virology. Zuzana earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Charles University in 2019, specializing in Molecular and Cell Biology, Genetics, and Virology. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Genetics from Comenius University in Bratislava in the years 2012-2014. During this period, they also pursued a non-degree program in Bioinformatics at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu in 2012-2013.

Zuzana's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology, General from Comenius University in Bratislava, which they completed between 2009 and 2012. Before entering university, they attended Gymnázium na ul. L. Sáru 1 from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal degrees, Zuzana has obtained several certifications and participated in various courses. Some notable certifications include Elements of Science from the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences in 2016, the EMBL Advanced Course on Whole Transcriptome Data Analysis from EMBL in 2015, and the UNIcert® III Language certificate in English for Special Purposes from Comenius University in Bratislava in 2014. Zuzana also earned a certification in Introduction to Genetics and Evolution from Duke University in 2012 and a UNIcert® II Language certificate in English for Special Purposes from Comenius University in Bratislava in the same year. Prior to their university studies, Zuzana attended a Summer School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave in 2008 and obtained a Diplôme d'études en langue francaise A2 (Upper Intermediate Level) from the Commission nationale du DELF at du DALF in 2008.
