Jorge Hernando Carbayo

Jorge Hernando Carbayo is a seasoned UX Project Lead and Strategic Design and Research Lead at Multiplica since April 2019, specializing in user-centered design initiatives that align research insights with business goals. With extensive experience as a Senior UX Designer and Researcher, Jorge has collaborated with major clients including Grifols, Allianz, and the Government of Catalonia, focusing on user research, experience mapping, and UX prototyping. Jorge has also contributed to education as an Associate Teacher at LaBasad and Seeway, instructing on UX/UI design and project development. Prior positions include leading web and graphic design at Toormix and Bisgràfic, complemented by a solid educational foundation in graphic design from EASD Soria.
