Lisa van den Bor

Lisa van den Bor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lisa is currently working at MultiSafepay as the Head of Operations since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Process Manager at MultiSafepay from July 2020 to May 2022. Before joining MultiSafepay, Lisa worked at ING Australia as the KYC Country Operations Lead, responsible for leading the KYC Operations team in preventing money laundering and other financial crimes. Lisa also held the role of Process Expert / Black Belt at ING Australia, where they facilitated process improvement initiatives and worked on transformation projects from March 2017 to October 2019.

Lisa also worked at ING Nederland as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, where they facilitated process improvement initiatives and worked on transformation projects across ING's Domestic Bank in the Netherlands from January 2015 to February 2017. Lisa began their career at ING Nederland as a Graduate Intern at ING Black Belts from November 2013 to August 2014.

Prior to their roles in the banking industry, Lisa held positions at Study Association Sefa, where they served as the Chairman and Consultant for the Sefa Research Project in Vietnam from June 2012 to November 2013.
