Carlos Waumann is a Senior Estimator at Multitaskr. Carlos has over 7 years of experience in the restoration industry. Carlos has worked as a Project Estimator, Project Manager, Lead Technician, and Lead Mitigation Technician. Carlos is experienced in all aspects of the restoration industry, from water damage and remediation to construction.

Carlos Waumann has a degree in engineering from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California. Carlos also has certification from Qwik Products by Mainstream Engineering in Section 608 EPA Certification Program (For Stationary HVACR Systems and Equipment). In addition, they are certified by the IICRC in Applied Microbial Remediation and Applied Structural Drying. Carlos also has certification from World Inspections, LTD in LEAD Repair, Renovation and Paint Initial. Furthermore, they are certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Technician and Xactware in Level II Xactimate Certified. Lastly, they have certification from the IICRC in Odor Control Technician.

They work with Jorge Martinez - Senior 3D Architect & Designer, Ismael Del Pino - CFO, and Carlo Cota - Senior Project Manager. Carlos Waumann reports to Patricio Amaya, Executive Director.
