Our operations department at Multitude Bank is seeking a skilled Product Analyst - Deposits to join our team in Malta. You will help expand deposit instruments, ensure regulatory compliance, provide customer support, resolve operational issues, and manage performance metrics. Join us to enhance our deposit operations and drive service excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the expansion of deposit instruments into new markets and innovative fintech solutions;

  • Ensure compliance with Bank policies, regulatory guidance, and applicable laws related to deposit instruments;

  • Provide timely and informed support for various inquiries, including processing workflows, rate changes, adjustments, and customer account maintenance;

  • Investigate and help to resolve posting exceptions, missing deposits, or unreconciled differences;

  • Manage and report key performance metrics, participating in projects to drive operational excellence;

  • Develop expertise in multiple deposit operations processes and support various departments as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Lead or participate in the implementation of new services or products;

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a Bank operational role or banking IT roles;

  • Understanding of EU Banking systems, processes, and regulations preferred;

  • High level of poise, tact, and diplomacy to handle sensitive and confidential situations;

  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities;

  • Knowledge of online banking products and services;

  • Strong focus on detail, priority setting, and meeting deadlines;

  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and banking software systems. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices is a plus;

  • Passion for fintech innovation and staying updated with the latest industry trends;

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent education and related training.
