Siobhan Randell

Director of DEI at Multiverse

Siobhan Randell is the current Director of DEI at Multiverse. Prior to this, they worked as an Impact Manager at The Access Project, where they were responsible for ensuring the charity's curriculum and programme of mentoring was achieving positive outcomes for young people from underrepresented backgrounds. Additionally, they oversaw the design and launch of the new Alumni Programme and chaired the charity's Diversity & Inclusion Committee. From September 2013 to August 2014, Siobhan was a Student Support Officer at CARLTON LE WILLOWS ACADEMY, based in a secondary school supporting young people aged 11-16 and their families with range of pastoral issues including caring responsibilities, emotional wellbeing, mental health and young people disengaged with school at risk of becoming NEET. Prior to this, Siobhan worked as an Advocate at Barnardo's from March 2013 to March 2014.

Siobhan Randell has a Master's degree in Management with Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London. Siobhan also has a Bachelor's degree in European Politics from the University of Nottingham. Additionally, they have completed a short course in Introduction to Project Management from City, University of London. Siobhan is also certified from LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) in Grade 7 Public Speaking- Distinction.

They work with Inês Van Deuren - Head of People Operations, Clare Dodd - Director of Community, and Chichi Eruchalu - Head of Leadership Development. Their manager is Clare Sutcliffe, VP, Community.
